Eva Ruiz of Home Style Treasures curating vintage and antique home décor pieces

Why I Chose to Go Fully Online (And Closed My Booth)

This decision didn't happen overnight.

If you've been following me, you know how much I truly loved having my booth. It was more than just a space—it was where my vision came to life. Layered, collected, timeless… it was Home Style Treasures in real life.

And letting that go wasn't easy.

A Chapter I'll Always Be Grateful For

Being part of a booth community meant so much to me.

The relationships, the shared passion, the conversations with other vendors and customers—it was inspiring. There's something really special about being surrounded by people who understand the beauty of vintage and antiques the way you do.

I learned so much during that time.
About the business.
About styling.
About what people are drawn to.

And most importantly, I grew into my confidence as a curator.

That chapter helped shape everything I'm building today.

Stepping Into a New Season

As life evolves, so do our priorities.

I've reached a point where I want to be more intentional with my time—creating space for my family while continuing to grow a business I love.

And I realized I needed a different way to do that.

Something more flexible.
More aligned.
More sustainable for this season of life.

Choosing Growth and Alignment

My booth was something I loved—but it also required time and energy that no longer felt aligned with where I'm headed.

Going fully online has allowed me to shift my focus back to what I do best:

Curating timeless, one-of-a-kind pieces that help you create a home that feels collected and elevated.

But now, instead of being limited to one physical location…

I'm able to reach you wherever you are.

From Local to Nationwide

This has been one of the most exciting parts of this transition.

Through my website, my live sales, and social media, I'm now connecting with customers all across the country—not just locally.

You're no longer walking past my booth…
You're shopping with me—from your home, on your time.

And that connection feels even more personal.

The Heart of My Business Hasn't Changed

I'm still out there sourcing.
Still searching for those special pieces.
Still curating with intention.

Still helping you create a home that feels layered, timeless, and uniquely yours.

That part will always stay the same.

Closing One Door, Opening Another

Letting go of my booth was bittersweet—but it created space for something bigger.

More growth.
More connection.
More intention behind every piece I bring to you.

This next chapter feels aligned with the life I'm building—one that allows me to show up fully for my business and for the people I love.

And if there's one thing I know…

This is just the beginning.

You can now shop Home Style Treasures online—anytime, from anywhere.

Thank you for being here and growing with me.
