Returns & Damages Policy

At Home Style Treasures, each piece is thoughtfully curated and often one of a kind. Due to the vintage and antique nature of our collection, all sales are considered final sale.

Vintage Condition

Many items will show signs of age, wear, or patina consistent with their history. These characteristics are part of their charm and are not considered defects. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully prior to purchase.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging each order to ensure safe delivery. If your item arrives damaged:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Please include clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label
• Keep all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved

Once documentation is received, we will work with the carrier to file a claim. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Lost Packages

Home Style Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If you have any questions prior to purchasing, we are always happy to provide additional photos or details.
